FAQ
How big is the Marrakech Embroidered Iron-On Patch Travel Souvenir?
About 2.5 in (6.4 cm) across, a good size for jackets, backpacks, hats and tote bags.
Iron-on or sew-on?
Choose the backing above. Iron-on works on cotton, denim and canvas; for bags and jackets you wash often, add a few stitches around the edge. Our guide shows how to iron on (or sew on) an embroidered patch.
Is the patch printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. The design is stitched in thread by our embroidery machines in Saigon, Vietnam, so it has a raised texture and the colours won't crack or fade like a print.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Delivery is about 10–20 days to the US and about 15–25 days to Europe, the UK and other countries, counted from your order and including production. See our Shipping policy.
Delivery & Returns
Embroidered in our Saigon studio and shipped with tracking. Delivery to the US takes about 10–20 days; Europe, the UK and other countries about 15–25 days.

Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 4 days of ordering. Every patch is embroidered to order, so we can’t accept returns after that. If your patch arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us and we’ll remake it or refund you.
