Details
Every piece starts with your photo and is stitched to order — thread by thread, never printed.
Stitched, never printed
We build each portrait from scratch and match the thread colours to your pet’s coat, shade by shade. Embroidery is worked into the fabric itself, so there is no printed layer to crack, fade or peel.
A proof before we stitch
Within 3 days of your order we send you a digital proof. Ask for changes until it looks just like them — nothing is stitched until you say yes.

More than one pet
Upload a separate photo for each pet rather than one of them together, so we can see every face clearly.
Older photos are welcome
It doesn’t need to be recent or professional. Older photos often work beautifully — including for pets who are no longer with us.

Made to order, not held in stock
Because each piece is made just for you, it takes longer than an off-the-shelf item — that time includes your proof and any edits you ask for. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the date to plan around.

We ship worldwide. International parcels travel a long way and can take extra time, plus any time spent in customs.
