What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary by location and total item weight (customs not included).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery can take 8–21 business days, depending on your location. For the U.S. it takes 8–12 days; for Europe and Canada, 15–25 days.
How can I track my order?
When your order is embroidered and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order using this tracking number.
VAT charges
UNITED KINGDOM: 20% VAT paid at checkout. Orders over £135 may attract additional import duty (Notice 143). Packages may not be delivered until these additional charges are paid.

Incorrect delivery address / changing delivery address
Email amostudio22@gmail.com promptly for address changes. We're not responsible for errors once the order ships.
AMO is not liable for customs-related actions, expenses, taxes or delays. Delivery times are estimates and don't account for authorization, availability and customs delays.

RETURNS
Refund policy
No refunds, no returns.
At Amoembroidery, our commitment to providing unique, customized products means that all physical goods — especially those featuring embroidery from the Embroidery Art and Custom Services sections — are created specifically based on your preferences upon payment. Once completed, we promptly send these customized goods to your specified address, with a production time of approximately 2–8 business days.
Our specialization lies in custom machine embroidery on clothing, meaning we initiate the embroidery process only after receiving your order and following your detailed specifications.
Cancellation prior to delivery
Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled before shipment, given that we commence the production of custom products immediately upon order placement. The right of withdrawal does not apply in this case, as each product is uniquely crafted to your specifications or personalization preferences.
