Shipping policy
Delivery times, rates, tracking and customs — everything about getting your order to you.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the total weight of your order. Customs duties and import taxes are not included.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is embroidered to order in our studio, so these times include making your item:
- United States: about 10–20 days from the day you order
- Europe, UK and other countries: about 15–25 days from the day you order
- Digital embroidery files: instant download, nothing is shipped
Delivery times are estimates; customs checks and carrier delays can add a few days.
How can I track my order?
When your order is embroidered and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.
VAT charges
UNITED KINGDOM: 20% VAT paid at checkout. Orders over £135 may attract additional import duty (Notice 143). Packages may not be delivered until these additional charges are paid.

Incorrect delivery address / changing delivery address
Email amostudio22@gmail.com promptly for address changes. We're not responsible for errors once the order ships.
AMO is not liable for customs-related actions, expenses, taxes or delays. Delivery times are estimates and don't account for authorization, availability and customs delays.

RETURNS
Refund policy
Made to order: no returns or exchanges.
Every AMO Embroidery piece is embroidered to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake the item or give you a full refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 4 days of placing it – just email amostudio22@gmail.com with your order number. After 4 days your order is already in production and can no longer be cancelled.
