How It Works
Upload a clear front-facing photo and provide the text (names, date, short message). We digitize the portrait and stitch it into a patch that lasts for years.
Shipping
Shipping time: about 10–20 days to the US and 15–25 days to Europe, the UK and other countries
Delivery & Returns
Every custom patch is drawn by hand, test-stitched and machine-embroidered in our Saigon studio. Delivery to the US takes about 10–20 days; Europe, the UK and other countries about 15–25 days.
Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 4 days of ordering. Every patch is embroidered to order, so we can’t accept returns after that. If your patch arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us and we’ll remake it or refund you.
