Every piece is embroidered to order in our Saigon studio and shipped with tracking. Delivery to the US takes about 10–20 days; Europe, the UK and other countries about 15–25 days.
Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 4 days of ordering. Every piece is embroidered to order, so we can’t accept returns after that. If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us and we’ll remake it or refund you.
