For orders shipped to the EU and UK, delivery may take up to 5 days longer than the estimated delivery time.
Why you’ll love it
- Made in-house, no middlemen
- Every piece hand-checked for quality
- Caring support, before & after
Details
Every piece starts with your photo and is stitched to order — thread by thread, never printed.
Stitched, never printed
We build each portrait from scratch and match the thread colours to your pet’s coat, shade by shade. Embroidery is worked into the fabric itself, so there is no printed layer to crack, fade or peel.
Your photo — what works best
- Their face filling most of the frame
- Both eyes sharp and easy to see
- Soft daylight rather than flash
- The original photo, not a screenshot of it
More than one pet
Upload a separate photo for each pet rather than one of them together, so we can see every face clearly.
Older photos are welcome
It doesn’t need to be recent or professional. Older photos often work beautifully — including for pets who are no longer with us.
Not sure about your photo? Send it anyway — we’ll look at it and let you know.
Delivery & Returns
Made to order, not held in stock
Because each piece is made just for you, it takes longer than an off-the-shelf item — that time covers hand-digitising and stitching your design. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the date to plan around.
Shipping across continents
We ship worldwide. International parcels travel a long way and can take extra time, plus any time spent in customs.
Ordering a gift?
For birthdays and holidays, the earlier you order, the calmer the wait. Your place in the batch is confirmed the moment you order.
Returns
Every piece is personalised, so please read our Shipping & Returns page before ordering. If anything arrives damaged, message us with a photo so we can help.
