Delivery & Returns
Every custom piece is drawn as a stitch file, test-stitched and embroidered to order in our Saigon studio. Delivery to the US takes about 15–25 days; Europe about 5 days more.
Want to see the design first? Leave a note with your order and we'll email you a preview within 3–5 days — please check your inbox and spam folder.
Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 4 days of ordering. Because every piece is embroidered to order, we can't accept returns after that. If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, message us and we'll remake it or refund you.

“I was really hesitant to order because I thought some of the images were AI, but the quality of this hat, the stitching looks almost exactly like the photos — I was blown away by how accurate it was. He had to do some custom colors on my order and it wasn’t too hard once I sent a photo of what I wanted. The stitching is absolutely beautiful and on the inside it is neatly sewn. The hat is super soft. I’m definitely gonna order these again. I am very happy with my purchase. I love it so much, thank you for your hard work on it!!!!”
