Made to order

Every AMO Embroidery piece is embroidered to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 4 days of placing it. Just email us at amostudio22@gmail.com with your order number. After 4 days your order is already in production and can no longer be cancelled.

Wrong or damaged orders

If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake the item or give you a full refund – no need to send anything back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
